Educational Qualification:
i) Class 8th pass.
ii) Preference would be given to the candidates who have done well in sports and have experience as NCC Cadet/ Boy Scouts/ NSS Guide/ Civil Defence Volunteers etc.

( ক্রীড়া প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণকারী প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে এবং এন সি সি ক্যাডেট / বয় স্কাউটস / এনএসএস গাইড / সিভিল ডিফেন্স ভলান্টিয়ার ইত্যাদি হিসাবে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকবে।)

iv) Should not have any criminal record against him/ her in any Police Station.

Age Limit: 20 years - 60 years.
কলকাতা পুলিশের বিভিন্ন ইউনিটের অধীনে এই পদোন্নতি রয়েছে। পুরুষ ও মহিলা উভয় প্রার্থী আবেদন করার যোগ্য।
নির্বাচিত প্রার্থী দুই সপ্তাহের প্রশিক্ষণ কোর্স পাবে।
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Interview.

The envelope containing the print-out/enclosures should be superscribed on top with — “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CIVIC VOLUNTEER”
Last Date and Address: Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police of respective division, on or before 20/12/2018 by 05:00 PM.
Applications should be submitted Personally in the Drop Box kept at the concerned divisional office.
